ON DEMAND CLASSES
Pick ANY class you want for ANY time of the day, no need for registration or sign up to access the class! This is a great option for those who have busy or unpredictable schedules. Choose from a variety of low impact to maximal impact. You can search between class type, equipment type, intensity or duration time.

1 ON 1 TRAINING
You'll be able to schedule 1 on 1 trainings directly through the site. I will discuss goals, (short, mid and long term) in order to produce a functional training plan fit for you. Options to train in person or virtually through my platform.
Before starting any training program, you are acknowledging that you have been cleared by a physician to exercise. Fit Momma Training, LLC is not liable for any injuries that may be sustained during any training. Safety is always our priority, so please follow along the instructions and if you ever feel any pain, stop the exercise immediately and consult your doctor.
You will be required to create an account with Recess, and upon registering you'l receive 100 tokens (roughly $10) to spend towards any live or on demand class. You are not required to purchase a membership or a package, feel free to browse and see if it's the right fit! I am beyond excited to announce my all new outdoor Bootcamps! Join me and our local friends for a full body challenging, uplifting and fun training with ME!

PLUS Weekly, Every Wednesday 6:30-7:30 PM

LOCATION: Newtown, PA
We'll be meeting one Saturday a month, each Wednesday and potential pop up Aquatics for total body training experience in a motivating and positive atmosphere. Utilize kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes and ladders to build muscle, tone and burn fat in these fun and fast paced classes!
